PRICES: All prices are NET, FOB Charlotte, NC, and are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT: Net 30 days from date of invoice, subject to credit approval. Finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual) on unpaid past due balances.
MINIMUMS: Minimum order is $200.00 shipped to one location. Items sold in master pack quantities only when indicated on price list.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC. Unless specified on the purchase order, all shipments will be sent via carrier of BERNDES choice.
BACKORDERS: Items not in stock at time of shipping will not be back ordered. Please reorder any items not shipped.
DAMAGES/SHORTAGES: If damages or shortages are detected, notify Berndes Cookware Inc. immediately. Additionally, if the exterior packaging is damaged, contact the freight carrier at once to file a claim. Credit for product damaged in shipment will not be made.
RETURNS: All returns must be approved by Berndes Cookware, Inc. prior to shipment and within 10 days of receiving shipment. Returns without a return authorization number on the box will be refused. Return freight will be charged to sender. A 20% refurbishing/restocking fee will be charged on all returns. |
