Recipe for a chicken curry pan
Still no idea what you should try this week for a new healthy recipe? How about chicken breast with green pepper and peaches in curry sauce? Not only does it add colour to the pan, it's also healthy!
Preparation: Chicken Curry Pan
1. Cut the chicken breast filet into small pieces and season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Then peel and chop the fresh peach. The green pepper is also cut into small halves.
2. Now heat a little oil in the "healthy" pan and fry the meat in it. Add the green pepper and fry briefly. Simmer for about 5 minutes with some vegetable stock, curry sauce and cream cheese.
3. Heat the peach pieces in the sauce and season with salt and pepper. The best side dish is rice.
