Simple family recipe
Fast and tasty noodle carrot pan
This delicious noodle-carrot pan is not only quick to prepare, but also makes the whole family full and happy. Children love noodles, but vegetables are unfortunately not among their favourites. This recipe is ideal so that the little ones can still eat enough vitamins. The colourful, fresh vegetables taste particularly good with noodles and cream cheese.
Noodle carrot pan
- 300 g carrots and other vegetables of your choice
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp mild curry powder
- Salt and pepper
- 200 g Fusilli
- 100 g cream cheese
- 150 ml milk
Tip from grandma Anne: "I prefer to buy a bunch of carrots at the weekly market. Even if the green looks nice, I cut it off directly at home. Then I put the carrots in the vegetable compartment in the fridge, so they stay crunchy and fresh."
Quick and easy to prepare
First clean, peel and slice the carrots and chop the parsley coarsely. Next, fry the carrots and other vegetables of your choice in a grill pan until crisp. Broccoli, zucchini, green beans or paprika are ideal to make the pan colourful and healthy.
In the meantime let the pasta boil. If children eat with you, of course you should take care not to use too much salt. Then add the noodles to the vegetables, mix with the cream cheese, parsley and milk and bring to the boil. Finally season with salt and pepper and serve.
