Sweet Potato Mince Pan

Sweet meat! Instead of grabbing frozen pizza and co. for the third day in a row, our hearty, spicy sweet potato chopping pan with feta literally calls out to stand by the stove and swing the spatula. With just a few ingredients you can conjure up a delicious dinner in no time at all.



  • 600 g sweet potatoes
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 80 g feta
  • 200 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Recipe: Sweet Potato Mince Pan with Feta

Fry the minced meat in a pan until crispy and add the chopped onions, tomato paste and oregano. In the meantime, peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small cubes. Then add the diced sweet potatoes, cream, tomatoes and water to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes covered. At the end sprinkle the crumbled feta and finely chopped parsley onto the hearty sweet potato chopping pan.
