Ingredients for 4 crepes

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g flour
  • 600 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • sugar
  • cinnamon

Preparation

Put the ingredients in a bowl and stir well with the whisk or blender. Lightly fry the pan with butter and heat to medium heat. Put a little bit of dough into the pan and pan it so that the bottom of the pan is lightly covered.

Once the surface of the dough is dry and the edges come off the pan, the crêpe can be turned. Shake the pan several times during the final baking. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, roll up and serve.
