Roasted T-Bone Steak
1 T-Bone-Steak, ca. 1.000 grams
Coarse sea salt and black pepper
1 thyme branch
1 thyme rosemary
1 young garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter for frying
Estimated cooking time: 45 minutes
Rub the steak with olive oil and heat it slowly in the oven at low temparature until the roasting thermometer indeicates a core temparature of 54 degrees.
Put the steak in the pan, put it to full power and grill vigorously. Rub in with garlic, thyme and rosemary, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately without resting time. The side dishes can be supplemented at will.
Tip: To measure the core temperature, we ecommend a roasting themometer.
