Halftime Meatballs


For about 6 people

  • 1000 g of mixed minced meat
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 toes of garlic (minced)
  • 2 bunch of parsley

  • 100 g grated Parmesan (or Gouda)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 bananas (crushed)
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Chili as desired, salt, pepper
  • Butter lard for frying


Estimated preparation time: 15 Minuten
Difficulty: Easy

Mix all ingredients well until a nice dough is formed. Roll small balls of marble size. Heat some fat in the BERNDES braised pan. Add the balls to the hot fat and sauté for about 5-10 minutes. Put on a paper towel and drain.
