All in one pot

Ingredients

  • 2 small onions peeled, halved and sliced thinly
  • 4 garlic cloves peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 broccoli in small florets picked, also the stems can be used chopped (alternatively 300g spinach)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 300g peas (frozen)
  • 300 g green asparagus, cut into lozenges
  • 440 ml of creme
  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons lemon peel
  • 2 pinches of mild paprika powder
  • 400 g of dried pasta
  • fresh parsley, chives, dill
  • juice of a lemon
  • mountain cheese

Preparation

Put the pasta, asparagus, broccoli (or spinach), onions, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika in a large saucepan and cover with water. Cook everything for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add the peas and cook for a short time.

Then drain off the water and add the cream. Mix everything thoroughly.
Add lemon zest and juice with a little grated mountain cheese and taste. Finally, add the finely chopped chives, dill and parsley.
