Mix 100 g of margarine with 100 g of sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth. Separate eggs and stir egg yolk. Mix flour with baking powder and grated coconut and gradually stir with water. Lubricate the pan with margarine. Fill in the mixture and place in the preheated oven 160 ° C. Bake C (circulating air) on a medium rack for about 25-30 minutes.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and gradually add sugar.
Place whole strawberries on the finished floor and gently spread the egg yolks with a spoonful of waves. Pull up small tips from the egg whisk. Bake cake again in preheated oven at 160°C (circulating air) on middle tray for approx. 5-8 minutes until the meringue tips are golden brown.
