Ingredients for about 4 people
450 g of broccoli
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm fresh ginger root
125 g of mangetouts
2 peppers (red, yellow)
3 tablespoons of peanut oil
2 tablespoons vegetable broth
1 small glass baby corncob (125 g)
1 tbsp oyster sauce or soy sauce
4 spring onions
salt, black pepper
Estimated preparation time: 20 minutes
Cut broccoli into florets, peel and chop garlic, peel ginger and grate.
Cut carrots into pens. Clean the mangetouts. Cut the peppers into strips. Heat oil in the wok. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute while stirring. Add broccoli, peppers and carrots. Continue stirring for 5 minutes. Add broth, mangetout and corn to the wok and cook for another 3 minutes. Stir in the oyster or soy sauce. Clean the spring onions, dice and add to the vegetables. Season and stir. Serve hot.
